Online recovery lifestyle magazine The Sober Curator has officially announced their partnership and collaboration with the Break Free Foundation, best known for their recovery on the runway fundraiser during New York Fashion Week and their recovery scholarship program.

On Monday, February 12th, the Break Free Foundation returns for their fifth New York Fashion Week showcase!

The Break Free Foundation announced new alliances today with the Recovery Centers of America and the Realization Center.

Alcohol consumption is on the rise, with some statistics showing that excessive drinking has risen by 21% since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. Even if you don’t struggle with alcoholism, drinking beyond moderated amounts can result in serious consequences.

The opioid epidemic is a national crisis that has had a devastating effect on families across the United States. It has caused a significant increase in drug overdose deaths and hospitalizations, with drug overdose deaths reaching 108,000 in 2022. 

The Drug Policy Alliance and the Break Free Foundation opposes state legislation adding additional fentanyl analogs to the New York State Controlled substance list and establishing stricter penalties related to overdose deaths where fentanyl or fentanyl analogs are involved.
